How to cook-Savannah Rump Roast 2kg

Preheat oven to 210°C.

Pat roast dry, drizzle with oil and season well with salt and pepper.

Place in a roasting dish.

Roast for 20 minutes at 210°C

Reduce temp to 160°C and cook for a further 40-60 mins until internal temperature reaches 52°C for medium rare. 

Cover and rest for 20mins before carving. Remove string, carve, season and enjoy!
