Is your meat halal?
No, unfortunately we are not halal certified. Click here to see where our meat comes from.
Where do you deliver to?
We deliver to Whangarei, Auckland, Hamilton, Tauranga, Rotorua, Hawkes Bay, Palmerston North & Wellington. Please note some areas will only have a Sunday delivery date available. Click here for further delivery details.
Do you deliver to the south island?
No we don't currently deliver to the south island however we do have retail store in Queenstown.
Do you have a retail store?
Yes, we have a retail store in Queenstown but have an online only store in the north island.
How can I track my order?
Once your order is ready to be shipped you will receive a tracking number. You can use this in the Urgent couriers website tracking page. Please note that the information will only be updated once the parcel has been picked up and scanned.
Part of my order was missing or of poor quality, what do I do?
Email us by replying to your confirmation order or email directly to info@neatmeat.com and we will work with you to rectify the issue. Any pictures you have can help us identify more quickly what went wrong so please include those in the email too.
Do you sell gift cards/ vouchers?
Yes we do! Click here for a link to our gift cards. We offer physical gift cards that are sent out to you or online e-gift cards that are emailed.
How do I edit my order or delivery details?
